What if the menu has no photos?
Every dish still gets an image — matched from our dish database by name and ingredients, or generated and labelled as an illustration when there's no close match.
Can I trust the allergen info?
Allergens and dietary tags are detected by AI from the dish and its ingredients — a strong hint, but for a serious allergy always confirm with the restaurant. The original dish name stays visible so it's easy to check.
Do I need an account?
No — scan a menu as a guest, no sign-up needed. Create an account to save favourites and sync them across your devices.
What happens to my menu photos?
They're sent to our AI provider only to read the menu, under a zero-retention agreement — not stored or used for training. See our privacy policy for the details.
